 CFM Certification
As a NAC member you are eligible to participate free of charge in our highly successful CFM Study Sessions and have the support, encouragement and mentoring of your peers.
Monthly Program Events
NAC members benefit from reduced cost at monthly events which include meal, lunch or dinner, educational presentations and networking opportunities.  Selected events are free of charge to Chapter members.

Educational Seminars
Full day educational seminars on focus topics and issues are offered at reduced cost to NAC Members

Notification of other Industry Events.
Our Chapter is connected to a variety of other professional organizations and distributes notices of interest to members.  Occasionally NAC members are also eligible for reduced cost at these events.

Membership Directory
Every year NAC publishes a membership Directory including NAC and Calgary Chapter members.  Chapter members receive this directory free of charge.  The Directory is not available to non-chapter members.

Community / Industry Involvement
From time to time there are projects or issues of interest to our members which the Chapter has adopted.  Members have embraced the opportunities presented by these projects to fulfill personal goals, ranging from simply having a little fun to a keen desire to "give a little back" to the community and profession.

Charitable Projects
NAC spearheaded the refurbishment of the Bissell Centre Camp Facility at Moonlight Bay from 199? To 200?.  Through planning, promotion, and the sweat of members the cabins have now been replaced and have provided inner-city residents with opportunities to experience nature. 

PM 1000 Licensing for Property Managers
IFMA NAC along with representatives from BOMA, IREM REIC formed the PM 1000 Initiative Committee to develop and implement a licensing course for Property Managers.
